Privacy notice
In short: your photos and clips never leave your device. If you buy the unlock, Stripe handles your payment and we can see the email you paid with. If you send feedback, we keep your message, and your email if you give it. We don't use advertising trackers.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Your photos and clips: none. They're processed only in your browser and never sent to us.
- Payments: when you buy the unlock, Stripe collects your email, payment details and country to process the payment. We can see your email, the amount, the date, any discount code you used, and your receipt number. We don't see your full card details. We use this to provide the unlock and to let you restore it on other devices. The lawful basis is performance of a contract and our legal obligations (such as tax records). Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
- Feedback: if you send feedback, we store your message, your email if you give it, and basic technical details: browser, screen size, rough country, and how many streams and ghosts you were using. We use this to fix problems and reply to you, which is our legitimate interest. Feedback is deleted automatically after 12 months.
- On your device: the site stores your unlock code, any discount code from a link, and, briefly while you're at checkout, your photo and settings. These are kept in your browser's storage so the app works. They are never sent to us, except the unlock code, which is checked with our server to confirm it's valid. These are strictly necessary, so no cookie consent is needed.
- Anonymous usage counts: we count how many times each step happens each day, such as visiting, adding a photo, pressing Save or completing a purchase. Each count is recorded with your country and, if you arrived through a discount link, the code. We don't use cookies or identifiers for this, and we don't record who you are or your IP address. We use the counts to understand which parts of the app work and to set fair prices.
- Hosting: our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Children
The free editor collects no personal information from anyone. Buying the unlock and sending feedback are for people aged 13 or over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Your country
We use the country your connection comes from (provided by Cloudflare) to show prices in your currency and to check where the unlock is available. We record the country with each purchase, and we don't store your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep payment records for as long as the law requires us to for tax and accounting, normally 6 years. Feedback is kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.
