1. Who we are

2. Using Spectral Stream

By using the site you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older to buy the unlock or send us feedback, and if you're under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission first. Anyone can use the free editor, which collects no personal information.

Spectral Stream is an independent fan tool for costume and cosplay photos. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any film studio, franchise or brand. Our stream effects, ghosts, artwork and sounds are our own original work.

3. Your photos and content

• Your photos never leave your device. Editing, saving and recording all happen in your browser. We don't receive, store or see your photos or clips.
• You must only use photos you have the right to use. Get permission from the people in them before you share them.
• You're responsible for what you make and share with Spectral Stream. Don't use it to create anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• You own your photos. You may use the images and clips you save for personal use and to share on social media. Our effects and ghosts in them stay ours, and you may not extract them to resell or redistribute.

4. Uploads (when available)

If we add features that let you upload your own ghosts, logos or other artwork:

• You must own what you upload or have permission to use it. Don't upload other people's trademarks, logos, characters or copyrighted artwork without the owner's permission.
• You give us permission to process your uploads only so far as needed to provide the feature.
• We may remove uploads, or suspend access, if we're told or believe that an upload infringes someone's rights or breaks these terms.

5. Copyright and our content

The Spectral Stream site, software, stream effects, ghost artwork, sounds and branding belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer them, or remove or work around the free-version watermark except by buying the unlock.

If you believe something on Spectral Stream infringes your rights, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with details and we'll look into it promptly.

6. The unlock (terms of purchase)

• What you get: a one-time purchase that removes the watermark from your photos and clips and enables full-resolution photo saves, on the device you buy it on and any others you restore it to, for as long as we provide the service. Everything else in Spectral Stream, including extra streams, ghosts and traps, can be used in the free version, with the watermark. The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT where it applies.
• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details. We charge in pounds, US dollars or euros depending on where you are, and the price is shown before you pay. Your bank may add its own fees for currency conversion.
• Where it's available: we may not offer the unlock in every country. Where it isn't available yet, you can still use the free version.
• Devices: your unlock is stored in the browser you bought it on. To use it on another device or browser, use Help → Restore a purchase with the email you paid with and your receipt number. Clearing your browser data removes the unlock from that browser, and you can restore it the same way.
• Cancellation: the unlock is digital content supplied straight away. When you pay, you ask us to start immediately and you accept that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access starts.
• If something's wrong: this doesn't affect your legal rights. If the unlock doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it or, where the law requires, give you a refund.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Spectral Stream running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or work on every device and browser. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever close the service, we'll give reasonable notice where we can, and your saved photos and clips are yours to keep.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for how you use or share what you make. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect a purchase you've already made.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
